Leave a legacy to Bleakholt Animal Sanctuary in your Will
- At Latimer Lee, we understand the importance of estate planning. Our experienced team of legal professionals will guide you through the process of preparing your Will, ensuring your wishes are accurately reflected and your loved ones are provided for.
- By leaving a legacy in your Will, you will contribute to the future of Bleakholt Animal Shelter, supporting them in their mission to provide the best possible care for every animal.
- Your legacy will help secure the well-being of the animals and give them a second chance at finding a safe and loving forever home.
Wills executed at a distance during the Coronavirus
We are doing our best to ensure that people who wish to get their affairs in order can do so in safety.
Our service involves yourself signing the Will in eyesight of two witnesses through a window. The two witnesses remain 2 meters apart from each other outside of the home at all times. The Will is passed back to the witnesses who then sign using their own pens wearing disposable gloves.
Remaining compliant to ensure Wills are valid
With a significant increase in the demand for Wills, inheritance tax planning and Lasting Powers of Attorney during this current climate we are offering a home visit service.
We are also ensuring we remain compliant and that all Wills are valid whilst still following social distancing rules.
The Government have recently announced a relaxation of the rules regarding Wills witnessed via video conferencing which are anticipated to be back-dated to January 31st 2020.
In the mean time we aim to continue to provide this very important legal service.
DID YOU KNOW?
If you don’t have a Will when you die, your money, property and possessions will be shared out according to the law instead of your wishes. This can mean they pass to someone you hadn’t intended – or that someone you want to pass things on to ends up with nothing.
