Rosemary is a family law specialist solicitor with many years in matrimonial finance on separation, financial remedy claims and applying for orders relating to children in the Family Court (private and public law); experienced in acting for privately funded clients and working under legal aid over c. 10 years (1994-2003 and since April 2018).
Experienced advocate having represented dozens of parents in contested appeals before the SEN & Disability Tribunal in education law and disability discrimination law (2010-2017). Based in Manchester. Rosemary began her legal career in the commercial firm McCann FitzGerald in Dublin, and first grew as a family lawyer at Cuff Roberts in Liverpool.
