Private Client Paralegal
Private ClientAn exciting opportunity has arisen to become part of the team for our growing family run business. We are looking for a private client paralegal to work with the current private client team, under the supervision of the Department Head. This role is a full time role and would require some flexibility of working hours. Although this role is primarily based in Ramsbottom you will maybe at times be required to undertake work at any of our other offices.
Duties to include:
- General Private Client administration duties
- Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Supporting fee earners in the department with their caseload on an ad hoc basis
- Liaising with clients, beneficiaries and other third parties
- Experience of working in a busy law firm within the private client department would be desirable
- Applicants must provide an up-to-date CV and cover letter
Conveyancing Fee Earner
ConveyancingLatimer Lee Solicitors are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to complement the team in the Bury Office .You will be responsible for handling your own caseload of residential property matters, from initial instruction through to completion, including freehold and leasehold, sale and purchase files. You will manage the transactions pro-actively through to exchange and completion while delivering strong client service and developing established relationships.You will likely be a qualified Conveyancing Solicitor (1yrs+ PQE), Licensed Conveyancer, Conveyancing Executive, or experienced Conveyancing Paralegal, currently managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing files.
