Daniel Rourke
Solicitor
Daniel qualified as a solicitor in 2016 and joined the firm in July 2020 as our Head of Private Client. Daniel brings with him over 10 years’ experience in drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection applications and the administration of estates.
Daniel is a member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is currently working towards fully membership of the Society by completing the STEP Diploma.
Daniel believes effective communication is key when acting for clients in what is often an upsetting and stressful time.
In his spare time Daniel spends his time with his wife and young daughter and can often be found in one of Ramsbottom’s many independent restaurants.
